My Approach
Every single Neurodivergent brain is totally unique. There may be commonalities in our traits but we all process in different ways and no two experiences are exactly the same. ​

Coaching will give you the time, space and Neurodivergent lens to process your experience. The aim is not to find quick fixes but to create a life which is more aligned and accepting of how your brain works best.
​
Coaching sessions will help give you the awareness around how your Neurodivergent brain works best and how to play to it's strengths.
​
Coaching also helps you recognise where the challenges such as procrastination, chronic overwhelm, people pleasing, perfectionism come from so that you can be aware of why they might be occurring and to help build compassion around them. ​
​
There is no pressure to sign up to a certain amount of sessions or even to sign up at all, so even if you just want a chat about all things Neurodiversity then please do get in touch!

​You also don't have to be diagnosed to have coaching. You can be curious, self-discovered, pre-diagnosis, recently diagnosed or many years into a diagnosis. Everyone is welcome. ​​​
​
You can use your sessions to work on goals, specific challenges or to unpack whatever is cropping up for you in that moment.
