Hi, I'm AuDHD Abi!

I am a qualified Neurodivergent Coach with lived experience of AuDHD and late-diagnosis.

​

I found out I was Neurodivergent at the age of 30 which came as a huge relief as I had been made to feel like I might be broken somehow for struggling to function in the same way as everyone else.

​

Before my diagnosis I had failed a university degree, tolerated many dysfunctional relationships, experienced extreme social anxiety and suffered with substance abuse. I realise that many of these circumstances were as a direct result of living undiagnosed and so it set me on a journey on wanting to be a part of the support system and stigma-smashing around Neurodivergent conditions for myself and other Neurodivergent folks.

Getting a diagnosis and experiencing neuro-informed coaching has been pivotal in turning my life around and I want to share this gift with others so that more people start embracing their unique gifts instead of spending their lives feeling ashamed.
